In 1991 at the age of 24, Mark opened Richardson & Wrench Rockdale. At the time he was one of the youngest franchisees ever in the Richardson & Wrench network. He has 28 years experience in the real estate industry.

A Licensed Real Estate Agent, Justice of the Peace and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, he is experienced in all facets of the real estate industry including sales, management, leasing and project marketing of residential, commercial and industrial properties.

He has an honest, straight-forward approach to all business dealings and as a principal representative to the Real Estate Institute, insists on the highest standard of ethics from both himself and his staff.

Natalie is highly experienced in the management of residential property and project management. This wealth of knowledge has been gained overseeing a large portfolio of diverse properties. To work in the Real Estate industry was always Nick’s principal career choice. He was employed by Richardson & Wrench Rockdale in 1999.  Now, almost two decades later, Nick’s dedication and enthusiasm for his chosen profession is stronger than ever.  He has amassed a unique range of skills acting on behalf of his many clients in the transaction of high end homes, development sites, retail shops and childcare centres.  His core values in every business relationship are based on honesty, transparency and hard work.

After many years in a variety of retail positions and the completion of a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in marketing, Vicki joined our company in the role of Sales Assistant & Administration.
